PERCEPTION AUDIT
Company – Sea Tow – The international leader in the marine assistance industry, Southold, New York

WHAT THEY SAID:
We’ve been in business for over 25 years, but we don’t know if the industry knows this or if they know all of the services we offer.  We need to attract new customers and retain existing customers, but we’re not sure where to start.

SO WE SAID:
Start with a brand perception audit and then determine whether or not to re-brand and what programs to implement.  RLM held meetings with Sea-Tow thought leaders and developed the strategy to execute a perception audit with internal and external audiences. Three separate lists of questions were developed for each target audience – OEM’s, dealers and the company’s own internal franchise Captains.  A 30-day call campaign was conducted to poll the target audiences and report on findings.

AND THEN:
The company’s initial concerns were confirmed. RLM then provided recommendations and strategy for the company to update their brand image and consolidate their services.
